IMPORTANT: COVID-19 UPDATE

We may have some delays to different countries, Covid-19 is disrupting some international logistics and there is the possibility of small delays in some of our orders.  We are paying for better shipping options, free of charge to our customers, to ensure the disruption to shipping times are as little as possible.
Some countries are affected more than others and as the situation is fluid, it could change daily.  We will get your product to you, however only place an order if you're willing to wait for the product to arrive. We currently expect delivery time of 30 to 40 business days.  This will become much quicker as countries open their borders more readily as Covid-19 threat wears off.
We normally handle the process of shipping your product with in 1 - 3 business days.  The tracking number associated with your order is automatically emailed to you once the order is shipped from the warehouse.
Delivery Time is usually 13 to 20 business days to AUS, USA, UK, CANADA.  Other locations may be slightly longer. 
Unfortunately our Tracking Page is currently buggy as we have stopped using ePacket, an international standard for parcel delivery as it is taking 60 days using this method. 
Instead, we are paying more for the delivery to you to get it there quicker however the tracking integration isn't working as well.  You can use your tracking number and the Track 17 website to view your orders and their delivery progress.  Please email us using the contact us form to enquire about your tracking and we will respond ASAP and track it for you.
 

I made a mistake on my order, what can I do?

Email us immediately at support@custompetbeds.com and let us know what has happened and we will do our best to fix it for you. Once the packaging and shipping process starts, we can no longer modify or cancel the order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages?

Comfort Pet Beds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, Custom Pet Beds will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

What about the customs on delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any customs fees once the items have been shipped by us. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
