If your Tracking Number comes back with an Error please do not panic, this may be due to logistics issues with the carriers, please email us at email@example.com and we will track your parcel for you on our dashboard and reply with-in 24 hours.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, all logistics for shipping world wide are going through difficulties. The delay in our parcel deliveries is due to Covid-19 and the reduction in flights available.
We are currently paying extra to use Dedicated Line and Cargo flights to get our parcels to our customers, these flights take between 15 to 40 days for delivery. These flights don't usually use tracking as they are commercial not consumer. We would normally use ePacket as our delivery method, which uses passenger flights spare cargo space and is very quick, and 100% able to be tracked here. We have changed from this method as the passenger flights have stopped around the world and the delivery time extended to approximately 180 days, clearly this would be unacceptable. Due to the change of delivery methods, we are unable to get accurate tracking integrated onto our website. We are offering to do this manually for our customers any time that they need, please just email us and we can track it on our internal dashboard and update you. As we deal with a large amount of orders, please allow 24 hours to respond. We will definitely respond and we appreciate your patience, it means a lot to us as we all navigate this difficult time.
